Well right now you get .5 per post made on the other side (old boards).
You get one point for each reply you make on this side.
You get 3 points for each topic you start on this side.

The level progression is explained someplace, perhaps up thread. It was adjusted once as well.

Perhaps when I get comfortable with always loading images, *G* or perhaps not.

I do not care that much for covers of a book and an avatar could be viewed in such a way. The image can provide a predisposal to expectations to some extent.
