Remains quiet but meeting the strange nimaru's gaze equally and without fear. "Good sir...the summoning was given unto me by a vision i had while at the Temple of the Dark Maiden a fortnight ago." Makavein appears very irritated at having to explain himself, but remains civil. "I need to find her...i am at the behest of..."His voice falters, eyes darting here and there. "Please, tell me where i can atleast make contact with the Lady." His voice is low and almost gravelly. Reaching into his pocket he produces a small and simple pendant, closes his eyes momentarily as though reaching for some shed of hope. " I will not beg you sir. If indeed you are not willing to aid...that will be fine."

The bartender sighs and calls over a man in a uniform and speaks to him briefly in their tongue.The guardsman turns to you and says,
"I am Amaron. I am head of the guards here.The hour is late and I am afraid the princess has retired, but she is holding a meeting in the morn at the castle and will speak with you then.In the meantime, the tavern is filled, but if you wish to sleep down here in the common room, non shall harass you."

When she says no assassin will follow her where she's going I answer a simple "I hope so, princess" and when she gives me the pendant and asks me if me and my friends will join her for breakfast I nod and smile friendly, and answer

"After I go talking to the captain I'll come back to the castle, Princess, witrh or without my friends. I want to be sure you're fine, and of course I'll join you for breakfast. I'll try to convince the captain too... He doesn't know I'm Illithyri. I wonder how will he take the surprise... well, if Raven's a drow and he had no problem with that I hope he has no problem with me either :S"

As I start walking to the door, before I leave I turn around to look at her and smile firendly again.

"Don't worry, princess, it will be alright. It will be a honour to go on adventures with you and whatever you need, just call me, ok? I'll be there for you

" I make a deep bow and wait for her to answer me and dismiss me (It would be rude if I just left)

Once I exit the castle I decide to go looking for the captain by air, so I fly over the forest. That way I can avoid Moon for a little longer. While in flight I put the pendant around my neck and when I see Raven or Captain Bolden I land nearby, but not visible yet, then I put on my polimorph necklace to look human, but I have all the intention of taking it out while I'm talking to them.

"Raven, yes if we are told true, the moon is enough watch for us. I though not ready to sleep." Also ready to battle, though daggers are less then an effective weapon most of the time.

"There may not be a problem, but until we know more everything unknown is a problem."

Boled wonders about his ship sitting on a reef of trapped by one and the four lost, with one to bury. He wonders about these strange creatures that saved most of the crew.

Listening to Captain Boled and Raven's conversation, in her hidden place by the temple and in human form, Ibn smiles and, feeling her herat bump hard in her chest, she sighs sharply and decides to get into view.

"And... is there any problem with the known ones, Captain? Hahaha" her laughter is cristalline as always, as well as her body lenguage, but how did she get there without they noticing it? the royal pendant around her neck, in plain sight, her posture is casual, with her hands resting in that slender waist of hers, her white hair loose behind her back and still a little humid from when Amaron found her in the beach. She's wearing a pair of pants, a white shirt and a cape made of wool and a pair of boots in her feet. In her belt there's no sword, but her usual favourite magickal wand that she never needed to use when she was in the ship, so the charges are still new, but she knows exactly what it does.

Without waiting any reaction from the captain she looks at Raven, who's lying there, looking at the stars, and goes directly to one of the points.

"So? enjoying our night sky? I needed to talk to you about some things... What do you think about the people of..." she trails off while thinking if she should call it her island or not, then decides that they may have got the hint for what she sayed about "our sky" and decides not to yet "about the people of te island? did they scare you?"

The strange woman looks at you gently . and strokes your hair back from your eyes,
"Be calm, brother...I know the pain you feel.I assume twas some magic ring that held back the beast within.We can make you a replacement, for now , this will assist you some, at least to keep your head clear."
She takes a ring from off of her finger and slips it onto your hand.The aweful thirst is still there , but is greatly subsided, more a faint lingering in the back of your mind.
" I know you have many questions , and I shall endeavor to answer them for you, but first let me get you dry clothing, and take you out of this prison.My brethren have right to be afraid, but I , being what I am, know that we need not fear you."
She turns then to the guardsmen and speaks to them sternly in their strange tongue.One nods and heads into another room, returning with a pile of clothing.
He hands them to her through the bars and she places them before you.
"If you feel strong enough , I can pull a curtain over the bars and you may dress yourself, if not...well, you have nothing I havent seen before, though you are missing some of the..."
She looks back at the winged males in the room,
"Parts, I am accustomed to."

The vampire takes the clothing and slowly changes into them. Deep gouges adorn his back and he appears to have been brutally castrated (OOC: ouch, not just the wings he's missing). "I am ready to go."

The females eyes widen in shock at the sight of the monstrosity done to him,
"My Gods...."
She whispers , staring at him in horror,but she quickly turns her gaze, afraid of offending him.
The guardsmen unlock the cell door and she leads him out, back into the night air.
The rain has stopped and the island hangs fresh and fragrant. The sounds of the night creatures fill the air, and a sense of peace hangs over the sleeping town.
She takes you to a small house and opens the door, leading you inside.
It is a home, probably her own. Simple but clean, you are now standing in her kitchen.
A pot is bubbling on the stove, some type of stew obviously, and simple kitchen herbs hang from the walls next to pots and pans.She gestures to a table, motioning for you to seat as she takes the pot from off the fire, seating it down on the hearth.
Then she turns to a cabinets.When she opens it you feel a chill coming from within, a spell , perhaps to keep the contents cold.
She removes several jars and pours them into a small cauldron which she places on the fire.
Then she turns back to sit with you at the table.
"I promised you answers and you shall have them.My name is Tempest. I am what is called a nymaru. I do not know if you have heard of us, but perhaps you have, if you have sought out this island.
As a nymaru, upon reaching maturity I took on the traits of the bloodline most prevalent in me. You see, the nymaru are the result of a combination of bloodlines.We are celestial, elven, lycanthrope ,unicorn ,demon ,and vampire.
When I had my awakening, as we call it, I took upon myself the bloodline of vampire.Most of us are destroyed when this occurs, for obvious reasons,but I was not, perhaps because my will and faith are stronger than most.I held onto my sentience and most of all my consciounce .
But I still had to fight the beast within.So the queen gathered the priests and magick users of the town and they worked a spell upon me.That, in combination with the ring I handed to you, work to keep the thirst at bay.
Don't get me wrong , I still must drink blood,but it is on rare occasions, usually once or twice a month , providing I do not over exert myself. Even then I only need a little.I drink a goblet of animals blood on those occasions and that suffices well enough.I have never, nor do I ever plan on, feed from a humanoid.
But I still have the powers granted me as vampire.Which is why I can read thoughts, and send messages telepathically.My mental gifts are very strong, and I can read most people like an open book.You however, probably becuase you are what you are, I can only scan surface thoughts, and speak to with the mind link.But if you wish to block me out, Im certain you can, for I do not wish to pry."
She turns back to the pot bubbling on the stove, from within it you can smell blood.
She takes it off the fire and pours it into two goblets.
"I cannot promise you a full respite from the curse, for death seems to be the only true way out,but we may at least make it bearable."
Her eyes flash light as she looks at her goblet, and change. The white of her pupils disappear and her eyes turn entirely black.She drains the contents of her goblet quickly, and wipes her mouth.
She sets the other goblet before you.
"Now, if you have any questions,please ask. In the morning, we should go to see the princess. She will know if we can help you."

The vampire looks at the goblet and eventually reaches for it but his hand stops halfway. He develops a tick in his eye and starts to shake a bit as a mental battle rages. Eventually with a cry of; "NO!" he hits the goblet off the table then instantly becoems embarassed as he tries to mop up the spilt blood. "I'm sorry lady, but you must understand. I, I have lived a lifetime feasting on innocents, and then a lifetime without. I have already, I have already imbibed today when the guards who found me force fed me some of their blood." He shudders. "I would not trust myself to imbibe again without losing my mind. I, in truth I came here to die because I am losing my ability to resist the urge to feed even with my ring, without my old ring I will gradually decay."
