Drakin knew enough about Drow society to recognize that she came from one of the noble houses, but anymore than that he could only guess.
Drakin bowed to her and said, "My name is Drakin, of Luskan. Sent here to help by the Host Tower of the Arcane. Though I have to agree, I had nothing better to do and needed some kind of entertainment. Obviously you know the golem here, and it's clear that Ariali likes you about as much as she likes me."

Ariali walked back twords the ruin. She decided to see what she could make of the place. when, if they we're ready she would help get the people to the village.
-------
"i sure made an impression," Inrii joked. "Luskan? your a long way from the sword coast."
-------
Ariali walked thru the ruin. 'this must be a village, or temple in honor to the Seldarine. we cant be near the old elven court, no drow, well besides the female. and it's not Myth Drannor because it's not abandoned. Alyssim? Occidian? Trenahess? of course this is a large forest so we could be anywhere.' she thought to her self trying to remember her history of the ruined or deserted villages of the forest.

"The old man had me study many cultures when I was younger, too my annoyance most of the time back then," Drakin said with a chuckle, "Though I now I see that it does come in handy. And anyways, I find that adding a bow when Drow are involved generally helps me keep my head, at least for a little while longer."
Drakin looked around, the ruins were obviously old, but his interest were on the more immediate surroundings. He was beginning to get that feeling that there was someone else around. He couldn't see anything, but experience had shown him it was unwise, and normally painful, to ignore.

"Oh, made an impression, Inrii? By that you mean you nearly took my head off with a fireball; yes that did make quite an impression on me, especially my psyche," Veraka kidded toward Inrii.
Turning toward Airali, Veraka looked around within the old ruin of a fortress; he was about to ask her a question regarding whether or not she knew of the immediate surrounding areas when a low grow echoed through the fortress walls.
Aurora had picked up on the scent of Veraka, Ariali, and Drakin, so she'd followed their scents all the way to this old abandoned fort. She was about to make her presence known to them when her keen wolf senses picked up the presence of two others in the immediate vicinity; one of these presences she recognized to be that of Inrii, the drow that they'd both encountered in this same forest. The other, however, she did not recognize, so she issued a low growl in response to the unknown intruder. She sniffed the air, picking up the smell of a surface elf, though of which subrace, she couldn't deduce.

"you cant still be mad over that. besides, the whole trip someone almost killed someone so many times. it was like a game. admit it, it'd been boring without it."
she paused as her keen elven ears heard the sound of a low growl. her hand went instintly to her Dancing Shiv, but the sound was familiar. catching up, she almost missed it.
'theres fur ball' she mentally joked.
but that couldnt be all, the wolf's continued alarm indicated something else.
--------
Ariali heard the sounds of a familiar wolf heading their way. the growl confirmed it. She sent word to Aurora, [i:14qtploi]everyone's fine, and we are joined by yet another[/i:14qtploi].
when Aurora continued, she paused and looked around. was something else here also?

Gilmahs crept forward, his patrol a distance behind him, ready to assist with a volley of arrows should the situation go to the Hells. He and his patrol had gotten word of an attack on a village a fair distance away when they'd stumbled across this strange group gathered around one of his homelands sacred ancient structures.
Two of the travelers, a female wild elf, and a huge human male were not what had drawn the sun elf's attention; it was the two drow, well half-drow, and drow, that were with the human that had made him and his patrol see red. Though it seemed as if the human knew both drow, somehow, Gilmahs couldn't just let any two random drow wander around without knowing why they're here.
[i:1my26xm4]I'd prefer to kill them and be done with it[/i:1my26xm4] but, he had his orders. He was about to go and meet the wild elf when a low, but very real growl echoed from somewhere inside the fortress, freezing him in his steps.
[i:1my26xm4]I know that everyone's ok, Airali, but we have an odd guest of sorts here in the fortress, I can't make out its exact scent, its definitely a surface elf[/i:1my26xm4] she told the Lythari as she moved forward very stealthily, trying to get the intruders exact spot.

((heads up, im not gunna be on on sat -sun night, heading to my dads.))
Inrii whispered the words to a spell, (detect thoughts). and picked up the surface thoughts of the leader.
She then strated to sign to the half drow, but remembered he was from Lusken. so she very softly whispered to both, "patrol, possible hostiles."
she pulled her piwafwi hood on and vanished from sight. she sensed it was a group that was from the forest that often had spats with her house and they would not be friendly to her, whether she was friendly or not.
She hoped neither male or elf would reveal that info or they would attack.
She walked around twords them as Aurora continued to growl.
-------
Ariali answered back, [i:2kwdonfx]I sense them also. possible inhabitants from the forest. i can locate them, give me a second.[/i:2kwdonfx]
Ariali cast the spell (locate object) to find them.
She indicated back to Aurora where they were.

Drakin watched as Inrii disappeared from view.
"Possibly hostile?" he asked to thin air, "Great, I'm gonna need a long nap and a couple of strong drinks when this is over."
He moved over to the Drow they had captured. Moving right next to her, he pulled out the stiletto that she had originally gonna use on him, "If you do anything to start a conflict. I'll make sure your the first to go. We're not going to need an enemy inside the group when we have plenty outside."
To prove his point he placed the point of the long dagger on the small of her back and held it there for a little. Then he drew it back and hide it behind his wrist.

Veraka took off in a blitz toward the fortress, drawing Marala Vharc, as he'd been given a telepathic message from Aurora regarding their new guests.
Taberina said nothing as the assassin took her poisoned stiletto, and made a very pointed remark about her trying to make an enemy from the inside.
"Trust me, half-breed, if I truly wanted out from your grip, I would've already killed you and your compatriots would already be dead," she whispered, "besides what would my prey want with me anyways?" she asked, not knowing how much Veraka would gain out of her.
Upon hearing Ariali tell her where the intruders were, Aurora took off, weaving in and out of the corridors, looking for these new guests to entertain.
Gilmahs continued onward, rounding a corner and sneaking down the corridor, when a huge winter wolf came around, and stopped right in front of him. On instinct, he drew his weapon and stood up to his full height, assuming a defensive stance.
"A winter wolf, here? As much as it does not add up, it is still a vile creature, one that needs to be removed from existence."

Drakin watched Veraka charge into the woods, he shook his head at how Veraka always charged ahead, he gave up a long time ago trying to convince him not to charge. He merely took out one of the Drow sleeping darts he had scavanged from the previous battle, and pricked the priestess neck, putting it directly into the artery. She collapsed instantly.
Drakin pulled out his Shotel, and followed leisurely the path Veraka had made. Drakin smiled, the one good thing about Veraka charging forward, it made it easier for him to move in quietly while the enemy tried to take care of the large man.
"Yup, definitively gonna need something to drink after this," Drakin sighed as he disappeared into the forest.

Inrii snuck around the back of the group when Veraka charged. She shook her head, 'things havent changed much I see,' she thought.
She lit them in green faerie fire just as Aurora showed up.
then she readied if she needed to cast another as she was still listening to their surface thoughts.
------
Ariali went back to the prisoner as Drakin headed off. No need to leave her unsupervised.

Veraka noted both Inrii's and Drakin's positions as he rushed through the entrance. He caught wind of the green faerie fire that lit up in a odd corner and blitzed it over to that position.
He rounded a corner just in time to see a sun elf, whom was lit up like sun, about to try and start attacking Aurora. He bellowed in rage, startling the sun elf, whom took off in a run.
"Where do you think you're going?!" he shouted, blitzing after the sun
elf, "Drakin, Inrii, cut off his escape roots, I want him in one piece!"
Gilmahs was in total shock; never before had he encountered a human who immediately took him for a threat. He was just about to his exit when he realized that he was now in a very precarious position.

the surface elf 'bumped' into an invisible body. the impact rather hard on the male.
Inrii laughed as he fell back confused. She stayed invisible but threw some pyrotechnics around with Zarstra.
She listened to his surface thoughts as he cursed who/what ever.
----
Ariali rolled her eyes at the games the drowess played, and couldnt understand the brazen and audacity of Veraka to just charge. Drakin flanked(?) the green lit elf.
She wanted to jump in to help settle this peacefully, but with those three, she could only hope someone was sensible to halt any possible bloodshed.

As the Sun Elf was startled at bumping into something, and the fire show, Drakin moved quietly behind him. Placing a dagger point on the hollow point on his skull and placing another hand around his mouth, Drakin whispered, "You really shouldn't be trying to sneak up on us. Now, if you will be silent and still I'll have no reason to kill you."
Once the Sun Elf nodded his understanding, Drakin looked over where Inrii was last and said, "I'll keep an eye on him, go have some fun. Make sure the big one doesn't kill too many, or any if he can help it. Oh, and try to let the other elves know we have their commander. I doubt this 'noble' elf will willing give the command to drop weapons, even with a knife on him."
Drakin kept the elf in view of the battle, letting his comrades see him captured. He didn't care for this battle, but neither was he eager to see it's end, the fire display was just too entertaining in a rather tiring day. If the elves gave up fine, if they didn't. . . well they're idiots then, Drakin figured.

Inrii, figuring the half drow didnt see her, she dropped a toad into the surface elf's loose armor. agitated toads secrete a substance when preditors attack. it taste nasty to animals and irritated the skin.
Then she headed back twords Veraka to see what he was about with the others.

Ariali didnt want anyone killed. [i:9uga9wn3]Dont let them kill the elf patrol. this is a misunderstanding[/i:9uga9wn3], she sent to Aurora, [i:9uga9wn3]the Lady would not approve[/i:9uga9wn3], using she to include both their goddess.
