So I noticed this thread is kind of dead, so I thought I'd bring it back up for posting one of my favorite songs at this point in time. It's Nightwish, with their new singer, who I like just as well as I liked Tarja. Annet has her own quality that she lends to the music, as did Tarja. But this song is great.

hears an amv that i saw a while ago but never got around to posting it. the song(called code monkey) and the anime (wich is called legend of the black hevan) really speaks to me. it's about a geek with a dull 9-to-5 job who dreams of falling in love and of doing great things. i can really relate to that

I've always been a big Jonathon Coulton fan and this film clip really sums what it's like to work in a dead end 9-5 job which is soul destroying.
