It effects spell-like abilities. And those are natural, just meant to copy the same idea of the spell already placed.

Err, spell are often crafted on narural abilities.

Things like regeneration, shapechange, poisons and so on.

What I'm getting at is, A Celestial can cast specific spells as spell-like abilities at will. They're not technically spells, but when in an anti-magic cone or field, they are still negated for that moment. But something like a Lycan's natural ability to shapechange into a were form wouldn't be effected, nor would a Troll's high regeneration, or a Tarassques(SP?) shell that can block up to 60% of all ray like spells, or something like that. But if it states Spell-like ability, it can be dampened just like a spell, if it doesn't it's good to go.

So yes, I agree with you. But also under structure to keep in mind my defense as well. *Smiles*

Actually, those are Eilistraee's lines and she encourages everyone of her followers to use them.
