O Rooky, I always say that after excesive drinking. That and "never again". But the next week... well... Anyway my point is that the so called dead rate of alcohol in blood is to be 2 per mill. This does not include Poles and Russians. I've had more then the lousy 2. That's because the locals from the North make 60 to 75% vodka.
O and don't by too depressed by the new environment!
