Zarstra giggled. [i:7krdu3w7]Inrii's mean sister sounds like a porker when she's resting. i dont think they even sleep[/i:7krdu3w7].
while sitting there Inrii took the comb and worked the knots out. "I do enjoy the artwork of the cities opposed to the crumbled looking building and small shacks. drakeskin? hadnt thought about it. we tend to keep to blacks, lest the gloom of the drow world be disturbed," she kidded.
Zarstra saw Inrii was done and came over to her on her bedroll. Inrii's hair, now washed and brushed was back to it's bluish silver shine in the fire light.

Aurora rumbled her laugh at Zarstra's remark; then laid her head down to get some rest. She caught the commotion with Zek and his feline.

Nodding to her he thought for a moment." Sometimes that setting can hide some great things. And you can color the hide black you know. Drake hide, black dragon hide work's nicely as well. Then again Drow and any form of leather works well doesn't it?" He looked to his feline and shook his head before scratching the nape of the neck and behind the ears.

Inrii heard a noise from the 'sleeping' wolf.
she looked to Zarstra, "what are yall going on about? dont give me that look. fine."
"I guess I better rest before my turn. here's your comb."
Inrii laid back, hands beneath her head. Zarstra curled next to Inrii's side.
despite the fight and travel, she couldnt drift off. her mind was flooded with thoughts, thoughts about her destination, about things from back home, even her enjoyment with the traveling companions and the trip as a whole.

Nodding to her he took the comb back and put it in his bag before settling some to lean back against a rock watching the group and putting a piece of wood into the fire. He'd just keep watch for the while letting the other two get some sleep. The silence let him think about things and in a sense reflect.

Veraka slept soundly as his mind went into a place he was familiar with.
((enter dream state))
"Veraka Orden!" an ominous voice boomed in the distance."
"What? Where am I?" the storm warrior questioned.
"Where are is your destination with the ones you travel with,"" said the voice.
"The Vale of Shadow" he questioned looking around; he was standing in the middle of a pool of water; the pool was located in some sort of valley. ((I'm shooting in the dark here))
"Yes, this is your final objective; know this, that if you make this journey, you'll know who I am. If you reach this place, remember this time in you mind," and with that the dream ended.

Inrii was 'awoken' from reverie as she heard the noises of (lets a an hour or two) low mumbles and sleep talking from the storm warrior(?).
She looked to Zek, "what is going on?" then back at the sleeping man. "does stew give people bad dreams?"

Watching silently he hardly was phased by any lack of sleep. Looking to her he shook his head" Hardly, with him I would wager speaking with his god in dream. Or something similar." Shrugging to her he spoke" Shouldn't you be sleeping?" He asked curious about her being woken up from something so simple. Then again he slept light as well but hardly questioned his campmate's talking habits.

"I dont know many who have external conversations while resting. eh, an hour or two is enough for me. I dont rest much these days anymore."
She sat up, careful to not disturb the lizard and slid on her boots and gloves, buckling them and securing the hidden daggers.

" Alright, I'll keep watch for another hour or so before waking the sleeping one." He shifted some getting comfortable again and leaned against one of the rocks watching the darkness around them.

since he had talked about his past and family, things had resurfaced again.

" A few times, after awhile when everything is quiet, your mind starts thinking back. If I stayed in the city longer what would have happened. If I fired the arrow sooner or was more aggressive against the first dragon I killed. It would have only delayed the inevitable. A moot question there.. as for the future I've often wondered where I'll be years from now."

Veraka woke to Zek and Inrii trading off in a conversation; "I didn't realize you two could easily spark up a chat with each other," he said, lifting himself into an upright position.
