I've been lurking here for a while. Some story ideas finally dug into my brain, so I thought I'd register here and say hi!

I played a chaotic good rogue drow who wound up in the Neverwinter city watch in NWN2. I've been no end of amused at the idea and so I thought it might be fun to flesh it out a bit.

I've been playing a chaotic good drow bard who also joined the city watch. Good fun, though overall not too realistic (seeing as I have trouble imagining them letting a drow into the city, let alone join the city watch ). Still, quite an enjoyable experience nonetheless.

And welcome to our little corner, may you find a home of sorts here.

Hello there. And all that greeting stuff

It seems that the Nw city Watch its that desparate they are letting anybody join , even drow . Yes i have tried a drow char ,a ranger and aside from the odd comment no one bats an eyelid to a
drow elf wandering around the city, bold as brass and happy as larry .
one thing that would be good in any updates that they do is more of a racial reaction most races (humans elves dwaves) have a bad mostly fatal reaction to drow no matter how nice they are :

For those who are playing NWN2, there is a merchant in Port LLast that has a wonderful reaction to a drow character. Once you find the merchant, you'll need to speak to them twice. I'm trying not to spoil anything, but it is a nice easter egg.

There are other drow specific dialogues in the game, but the merchant cracked me up.
