Name: Alak Xiltyn
Race: Drow (effectively a Moon Elf in terms of racial mods)
Gender: Male
Class: Paladin 3/Battlemage 12
Level: 15
Alignment: Good
Appearance: Tall and muscular... for a drow, whilst fully armored Alak is easily mistaken for a Human of slim build and average height. With his Glamored armor enchanted to look as commoner's clothes and his tattered Cloak of Rappelling at first glance Alak appears very much the road weary traveler or peasant from the poorer side of life, however a keen eye and a True Seeing spell reveal the road weary vagabond to be very much more.
Size: Medium
Height: 5'9"
Weight: 126 lbs
Skin: Extremely dark brown
Eyes: Silver with flecks of cobalt
Hair: Stark white, shoulder length and cut raggedly
Other: a faint scar running from above his left eye to the right side of his chin
History:
Rescued as an infant by a Paladin of Torm Alak was raised in a monastery on the eastern edge of the western heartlands to follow in his adoptive father's foot steps. As he grew Alak's abilities as a Drow slowly diminished and disappeared, whether this was the divine hand of Torm or simply his years on the surface is unknown but his years under the bright sun diminished his Darkvision and lightened his skin from Ebony to an extremely dark brown.
Upon reaching adulthood Alak and a number of other youths raised in and around the monastery. Shortly thereafter the group parted ways and Alak disappeared for a time. He reappeared in a temple of Eilistraee nearly 20 years later. The priestesses found him naked on the floor clutching a strange sword to his chest.
He remained in a coma for nearly a month when he awoke he seemed fully aware of where he was, stranger still he seemed to know his way around although Alak himself could not explain it. As time wore on he began to call the temple home, though from time he felt the urge to wander and often found himself swept up in events larger than himself.
An honest and forthright man by nature Alak despises the needed to hide his heritage but understands it's necessity while looking foreword to the day when enough of his brethren have been redeemed that he may wander the world openly and without shame.
