i just bought never winter nights 2. i was making my chactor but i could not selct eilisatray as my deity is there some thing i have to do to get her or what? can i even pick her at all ? please respond

well, typically you can pick any diety unless you're making a character with a restricted alignment. What class was your character?

ranger (did you see it comeing?)

In NWN2 to pick Eilistraee as a deity you must be Drow first of all. Now in older versions of the game you actually couldn't pick Eilistraee as a ranger or druid so I went into the data files and changed that, if you want I can send you instructions on how to do it. Don't know if that's been fixed.

Also if you want to change the racial requirements I can probably figure that out to or at least direct you to people who can.

Get the file "nwn2_deities.2da" out of the zip file (somewhere in Data called 2da.zip or such) and put the file in the Override directory (in your "My Documents/Neverwitner Nights 2" directory). Then change line 13 (the Eilistraee line) to the following (yes, that's all one line):

That should allow all races and a few more things like more classes and alignments.

and another note: You don't [i:3ucob3dy]have[/i:3ucob3dy] to be drow. Just not a druid or ranger, apparently. I picked her as a Moon Elf, before.

And also, I'd hardly call Selune a wannabe ;P
