Hey Chosen, the new TSR has recently set a indiegogo to fuel a Trademark Declaratory Judgement of Ownership Suit. I figure as most of us are Older Edition fans this would be something of interest to at least some of you. IF you want to learn more you can take at the look of below links:

It does sound interesting, just one thing bothers me.

WotC initially retained use of the TSR name for their D&D products, but by 2000, the TSR moniker was dropped, coinciding with the release of the 3rd edition of D&D.

WotC allowed the TSR trademark to expire in the early 2000s.[3] Two new companies have since utilized the TSR trademark commercially.
Who are these people fund raising to try a legal lawsuit.

Well as far as I know. One of Gary's sons Ernie Gary Gygax Jr. is apart of this New TSR and I've heard (but haven't personally been able to confirm) that several of the original 1st edition TSR staff are also part of this New TSR or at least working with them. Unfortunately, that is about all I know in regards to the people in this new TSR. They have even release their first game called dungeon crawl (tsr-hobbies.com. Apparently, WOTC disclaimer they added to the TSR D&D product and their other recent actions regarding the work from 1st and 2nd edition AD&D has made it difficult for writers and designers who worked back in OG TSR to get hired elsewhere.
