Drow of the underdark its out.

It gives a cursorary mention of good drow, acknowledges they CAN Exist, but but mentions them even less then the 2nd edit book did.
Its got a lot of cool rules... some of which could probaly work for non drow games...
Including Evil version of the "Sacred vow" Feats.
It focuses on drow through out the multiverse so you wont see even a honorary mention of eilistraee though.
