the first hint has already been given. the second hint:

finally, the message is written in the same language as the one hidden in my first story.

well, maybe this will help. here is another code (definately not a cipher) which, when broken, might help crack the one above:

note that the underscores stand for spaces. i couldn't find a way to say the message such that i didn't end up with two spaces next to each other, so i wrote them as underscores to make the distinction clear.
