As usual, my brain has been working. And we all know what that means.

Dumb question.

Well anyways...I was wondering about something consering halflings:
Are they suspectible to cold and cold based attacks due to they're small size?

It came to me, since I know how people with dwarfizam, and creatures of a smaller size are rather sensitive to cold.

So would halflings (and gnomes) be more sensitive to it?

No they are not.

The game design does not always follow lugic or RW types of events.

Bhaern has a point about the game design thing..lol..but when we play we always went by where a character is from..regardless of the race..with the exception of dragons and stuff...with their natural immunities..ive always been of the opinion, if your from a cold climate..your used to the cold...hot climate used to heat...rules smules...lol..

I agree with Nedylene.

I've never played halflings, but I have a human character that was born in a very cold place and her tribe was so used to cold that they almost didn't use clothes and had their bodyes completely covered with tatoos.

I think, with some exceptions, the rest of the races are the same. You just need to be used to weather.

The Unearthed Arcana sourcebook supplies the stats for different kinds of species such as jungle, desert and arctic with their own strengths and weaknesses.
