A cryptic note

[i:32e4i8t3]the door creaks open and a halfLing, little more than a kid, edges through the opening. he looks around him nervously, eyes dartIng from person to person and from shadow to Shadow, a fearful look on his face as if expecting to find death any second. shuffling into the room he avoidS contact with everyone, keeping somEthing clutched close to his chest. for a moment it seems as if he's about to say something, but then he just drops the piece of parchment he has been hoLding on the nearest table and quickly bolts out of the door agaIn.
on closer inspection the Note reads as follows: "it is taking my entire team, but As per your request the plans are currently being draw. they will not know what hiT them. signed, the arcHitect."[/i:32e4i8t3]

I hope he's not a foe, or a traitor.
I knew a Traitor once, Corporal Traitor. You can never be too careful with a person with a name like that, so we fed him to the Regimental Lethal Virus. It took him the rest of his life to die!

Hey I remeber these...They used to teach us these letters while I was still a Junior Scout.
Now they teach us how to best cheat during math tests...
I'm still confused though...

Ooh I know I've seen these somewhere. Actually they look like something out of Dr Who (the forbidden city in Death to the Daleks) but I know they aren't.
