All of them.
I only own one or two, but at some point I've read through all the official books from 3.0/.5 there are, and a few unofficial ones.
Masters of the wild is a favourite.

I've read through all of those above, as well as- to name a few- Aurora's Whole Realms Catalog, Nymphology, Plot and Poison, The Complete book of Elves, The Complete Bard's Handbook, The Complete Ninja's Handbook, Cormanthor, Fall of Myth Drannor, Elves of Evermeet, and many others.

You just listed two books one'a my players would probably outright steal if seen on a shelf somewhere. He plays a nymph rogue and is a Ninja addict. *I prefer pirates myself*

Nymphology is not about nymphs. It's a lot like the Book of Erotic Fantasy, actually. It does have a few brief bits on nymphs and other such sensual beings, though. But it's mostly for players who wish to use some more adult elements in their games, and written with a bit tongue-in-cheek style.
