I cannot draw any of my character concepts whatsoever and would like to know if anyone here can maybe draw one for me.

I can though recomend you get an account [they are free for basic users] at deviantart.com and seek out far more talented artists who try and make a living bringing such things as OC's to life via art.

There are some [quite rare] who will do it for free but most work for money.

If you want quality, be prepared to pay for it is all I can say.
