Word of wisdom. Always check a company's return policy. Otherwise you end up feeling like this :-[ [/color:3rghcfr9]

Agreed, I've never had any problems with my local Gamestop. I've sold some things, bought some things, and returned some stuff. You have like 3 days to return an item for either a credit, exchange, or money back.[/color:3clmx0c6]

He could have just been having a bad day too. I'm not taking up for him, but I understand the stress of a job like that, having dealt with the public on a few of my jobs. But Ssin' is right about their policy, cause I've gotten a defected Item once or twice from the one near me, and I was able to return it. Although I didn't take it back for a week, cause I couldn't get there till then, I called them the day I bought it and told them what happened, and explained the situation and the manager said bring it back as soon as I could. Some peole are jusr easier to deal with than others too, so you may have just had a guy that loved to be an arse when it comes to returning things. You know, one of those that act as is it's their money that you're taking when you return something.[/color:grx9w3q4]

I ussualy never have problems with broken items, or items with a defect, but when I do I ussualy (and only time ever) sustain myself from my fists.

I drive them nuts like me old man. :D (Most stores here don't acctaly have a return policy)

That's weird. But question, by no return policy do tou mean you can't return Items? Or that you can take them back any time after purchase to exchange or for a full refund?[/color:3uanh64m]

Aye m'lady, managers can get that way when things aren't done the way they're supposed to be according to company policy. But even at that, he shouldn't have made such a ruckus about it cause you were returning a piece of junk that someone had probably already brought back and instead of shipping it off to have it fixed, they just stuck it on the shelf hoping someone gullible would come along and take it, not someone like you who tests things.[/color:enpvjihs]

If it was in one of theose, then yeah, somebody had already bought and returned it, cause they usually come in an oversized box with instructions, warranties, and that other good stuff.[/color:237mot28]

You're not the only one Unen, sometomes you think you're gonna dull those aformentioned Ginsus that you have to use when you try to open them. Although, a nice sharp pair of scissors works wonders, that and a little bit of forearm strength.[/color:2oeahekf] ;)
