Update:
Malek is a happy level 16 Moon Elf Ranger, devoted to Eilistraee, and things are going great for him

New problem and new question.

I can't seem to get the enchanting to work properly.

I have a Rapier +3 that I want to become flaming.
The recipe I'm using is: Rapier +3, weak fire essence, and ruby.
Qara has Craft Magic Arms and Armor, is level 16, and is casting fireball.

It's not working.

What am I doing wrong and how do I fix it?

Just thought I'd mention, thanks for the help...

Well, I figured out what the problem is, apparently patch 1.12 rids the game of the ability to craft. All the advice I have gathered from other forums involves me uninstalling NWN2, purchasing MOTB, then installing both, then updating...however...I really don't want to buy another game, just to make the first one work.

If anybody here knows of a way to fix this, please let me know.
