The Pick of Destiny...

The funniest musical I've ever seen. And it actually has great music too. Here's the beginning of the movie from the Tube:

Enjoy.

I’m not much into rock, but that movie actually looks like it might be fun to watch.

And all during the first four minutes I thought “wow, that kid looks like a young Jack Black”. :tear:

The thing that I liked most was the fact that Jack Black actually knows who Dio is!!! I have been a Dio fan since his days with Elf just before Rainbow!!!

The best thing is that it's JB himself that sings in that movie. I highly recommend watching it. It's great. Well there are a lot of F***s and other synonyms of certain anatomically important parts of male bodies but it's really fun to watch.

Hey, there's nothing wrong with that. There's something about older music that the stuff of my generation just doesn't have. Not saying I like one type more than the other, but I think all music has it's good qualities...accept for Prince...he scares me.

Well he is one odd fellow. And I think he found the fountain of youth because it looks like he never aged. IMO many bands of this generation make one or 2 albums whereas bands of my generation made an album pretty much every year[Led Zep,, Pink Floyd,Lynyrd Skynyrd,Manfred Mann's Earth Band,Deep Purple,Rory Gallagher.....]

Yeah really, I mean that's gotta be some plastic surgeon he's got...because I swear he's actually getting younger.

Switching subjects a little, I preferred JB in School of Rock. That is just my opinion mind you...... ;)

He reminded me a lot of Jim Carry in Orange County, in that he's an actor/comedian who gets paid for being a complete idiot.
