Well it's a program called a navigator, shrdlu type. Programs like these were used in therapy. The patient would interact with the machine programmed to give such answeres, so that the patient would answere his own questions by himself. Should a misspell be made, or an unprogrammed question asked, it would respond in such a way to get the patient back on track. Useless whenever deeper interaction would be started by a patient. Still it's quite amusing.
