Mmmm, yes, that was quite beautiful. Thank you.

And reminds me to post the following song I've also found quite beautiful:

[bbvideo=640,360:odyylfzi]https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZoQO7e2THIw[/bbvideo:odyylfzi]

I've also been quite enjoying this particular trance remix of it:

[bbvideo=640,360:odyylfzi]https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TZBdQJ_P_XY[/bbvideo:odyylfzi]

I like this a bit better than [url=https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Pce2RJYLjHc:odyylfzi]the Armin van Buuren remix[/url:odyylfzi] (I've been going on a bit of a trance trip lately).

Irennen, I really enjoyed Hurts Like Hell. It's deeply moving and was inspirational to the story I am working on. So thanks.

Shir'le, Sorry was sad and sweet and wonderful. The singer has a truly unique range that lends the song a slightly haunting quality.

Gonna bring in a little bit of joy with These Words, one of my favorite songs to listen to when I'm having block.

Also, have you guys heard of Spacemind?

I also just wanted to take a minute and say how much I appreciate the level of respect and courtesy that everyone on here shows to one another. I know that it might be second nature to you, as I feel it is to me, but it's refreshing and awesome and awesomeness should be acknowledged. Even if there is no charge for it. :D

Catchy song, and I love her enthusiasm and joy in the video. Thanks for showing this to us.

No, but I googled it, and it seems to be ambient music. Good for inspiration, or to help to concentrate, or when you want to set a theme (even tho Spacemind seems to lean towards futuristic/tech themes. I really like some of them).

The same goes for you, I enjoy talking to you.

This forum is not very active, but I always enjoy visiting it. It feels like a sort of small, intimate sanctuary, in a sense. As if it truly was an online shrine to Eilistraee :P

My favorite is Moonsong (for a long time now) it got me through a lot of long nights. Another really good one to relax and focus to is Forgotten Station. He is more in the realm of futuristic, but more over like ETs and the like. Huh...that just made me think of a neat thread to post about...

I enjoy talking to you too and I agree completely, this site is very much a shrine to the Goddess. Out in a moonlit clearing, in some forest of the internet. ;)

Hey all, I recently discovered this kid who is just...amazing. I know there are more than a few Anime fans on here and he just released this cover of a piece from Spirited Away that I thought I'd share. He does a bunch of covers of varying songs and styles as well.

This is the soundtrack of the GRIS game that I've talked about in the other post. I found it particularly beautiful and poignant.

Tried this game a few years ago, but didn't like it. Still, they have really good art and music teams working on it, and some nicely written characters. This is one of their music videos (I love the violins at around 2:03)

There's an instrumental remix, where the violins stands out much more

Yesterday I watched an episode of the crime drama Instinct. It was about a musical brother/sister duo (the brother had been killed) and it showed some fragments of two songs (one upbeat song and one sad song). From the short fragments they seemed really nice, so I looked them up.

Turns out that they're from a brother/sister duo called Lawrence who mostly seem to make some really nice funky music (though they don't seem to have the sad song, "You Only Live Once" online anywhere that I could find).

This is the upbeat song that (very briefly) showed in the episode:

Which is a lovely song. But having listened to a number of their songs I think that I prefer this one instead:

And here's a couple of other nice songs:

But honestly I like pretty much all of their music so far, so check them out:

Not a genre of music that I usually listen, but they were allcool, cheerful songs, a nice change from the routine. Thanks for sharing!

Came across Gheorghe Zamfir's The Lonely Shepherd again recently and had to share it. Always moves me. Here's a version with André Rieu:

This song comes from an anime named Terror in Resonance. It's quite repetitive (the song, I mean) but, for me at least, it manages to never get boring. On the contrary, maybe it's because it played during a scene that I absolutely loved, but I can't get tired of this song. On a side note, if you watch anime, I recommed this one; it's devoid of the random BS and exaggerations that are typical of this genre, and it tells a meaningful story.
