I gotta go with deuterium oxide, after all deuterium is an isotope of Hydrogen, not to mention one of the key ingredient in thermonuclear fusion reactions, yeah, gotta go with that one.

my gma use to work in a torpedo factory...she worked with/ inspected the electronics of it. but she would never bring me any. got some bubble wrap, like giant bubble wrap!

bubble wrap or polystyrene foam? (packing peanuts)

Depends. If you're talking about being in the 'eye' of the storm, probably hurricane then, at least you won't be sucked up and thrown to your death. Other than that, tornado.

Tidal wave. There's less warning, they hit faster and they lay waste to a much larger area. Tidal waves are the heavyweights of the natural disaster world.

Well, are we talking alive or dead; since natural disasters seem to be the topic of the day, I'm gonna with dead and with that, I'll say cremated.
