<r>I'm really not liking 4th Ed at the moment. The d20 system needed an overhaul, but I think that both mechanically and fluff-wise they've gone about it the wrong way.<br/> <br/> I mean, suddenly, dragonborn and tieflings are regularly playable races, and gnomes are not? <t>
And actually, to clear up the whole "Drow are core" thing, they actually aren't...I have the PHB right here in front of me, and they're nowhere inside, heh.[/quote:3101mqe1]That's odd, I thought they had specifically said that for 4th Ed, elves would be seperated into Dr...

<t>Probably the best post about this on the WotC forum thread:<br/> <br/> "Working for good and maintaining balance are often matters of small degrees.
Other factors include the fact that Eilistraee's existence diminishes the exceptional nature of those drow who do break free of Lolth's influence"[/quote:3v2ykscs]This is some pretty silly circular reasoning.

I'm fairly sure there are free DnD internet clients already available for use, as long as you're not a group that's dependent upon tiles and all that for your game.

There are a fair few here from GMT 0 to +3 I think?
