WotC tried to rewrite FR history during the switch to 4e. This does not mean that 4e killed Eilistraee. I've noticed how no one mentions the other gods that WotC tried to kill off with the Spellplague.
Y'know. Little gods. Like Mystra.

Re: Happy New Year, Holiday
Congrats to everyone who survived the apocalypse and lived to see the new year. To those who didn't, a memorial is being erected as funded by The Onion, Cracked.com, and Fox News (who thinks this post is legit).

I'm assuming it's the same reason why she's always depicted as dancing [i:1a4gd2lw]naked[/i:1a4gd2lw].

<t>Now [i:1fpwzves]that[/i:1fpwzves] is an interesting question indeed.<br/> <br/> We're given extremely little information about what Aurashnee was like before she went all evil and started a blood war. Chances are she was something like "patron of elven rogues" or to that effect. According to [i:1...

Re: Think Eilistraee has many Saints?
Yes, I know what you were talking about. The template references a divinely-empowered mortal. There are [b:11o3qc72][i:11o3qc72]no[/i:11o3qc72][/b:11o3qc72] "saints" mentioned in FR lore, as far as I can tell. However, there are Chosen, which are thematically similar.

Re: Think Eilistraee has many Saints?
<t>Saints in general aren't frequently brought up in FR lore. Normally there are high priests, normal priests, believers, and Chosen (different from the Elistraeen definition of the word). That last one is probably what you're thinking about. A saint, as defined by Exalted Deeds, is a mortal made di...

I'm beyond eager to get Shri involved in something. If you're leaving it open, I'll gladly join in.

Re: The Mind's Eye [Shriastae's Profile]
Can work with that. Priestesses get visions, exiled or not. Shri goes aboveground on occasion, too, since anytime she's underground is dangerous, and a little R&R is important (even if it involves her hurting her eyes).
