She couldn't help but feel close to Kenii, somehow, someway. Though she didn't know how it came to be this way.
Following what she felt was right, Rowan stood, knowing a few eyes watched her. Without hesitating, Rowan took a seat next to Kenviir, interlocking her fingers with Kenviir's.
She knew her eyes said it, but she voiced it mostly for herself.

Skidding to a halt, Rowan saw the sight she wanted to share.
The large lake in the distance was sparkling brightly beside a sea of green and brick. The town looked small compared to the lake. She clutched her chest, it brought back more memories than she wanted, but it was worth it for the glimpse of the colors the sun made that danced the surface of the lake.
She'd been traveling a lot, but this was her favorite place of all...
