Biographical Summary

I Before coming to the Dalelands[/size:3usomljv]

The magical gift in one branch of the Tiwele house has been declining. Luirlan Tiwele was less skilled in the magical arts than his father. To improve the situation, Luirlan was made by his parents marry a noble maiden named Areanna Corolín from a rich and ancient sun elven House whose skills in architecture and magic had been known for centuries. The marriage took place despite objections from the young Luirlan, because there was a lot for each House to achieve. The Tiweles would gain more wizards, possibly even High Mages, while the other House would find a new powerful ally. After a few decades the two sides were growing impatient, but then to their surprise it was announced that the young Lady Tiwele was pregnant. After two years she gave birth to twins, a girl and a boy. Their birth was long celebrated, because twins are rare amongst the elfkind.

The boy was named Runaiwëm which means Free Bird in elvish. It is unknown why his mother gave him this name — but soon it was clear that the little elf was the person his name described. He was a lively and loud child, but yet very smart. Runaiwëm spent most of his childhood playing with his twin sister and they had never been far from each other. The two spent happy childhood within strong walls and mythal of Evereska. Despite children were usually loud which their parents did not like too much, the Tiweles were happy to watch them grow up.

In their childhood Runaiwëm and his sister founded with their friends a warband. They dreamt of becoming adventurers one day, but so far they were limited to making 'raids' not very far of Evereska's walls. It was one of their favourite entertainment, because leaving their home they could oppose parents' orders.

Runaiwëm was a child that could find time for many things. He could spend days playing with his sister and their friends, but also he loved to study books and languages to his parents' joy. He was interested in many things, but he was also one to easily get bored. Young elf earlier than most started to learn about swordsmanship, simple magic tricks, languages, maths, physics and alchemy which he liked most. When he and his sister reached proper age they were sent to study magic at Evereska College of Magic and Arms. At first he was having no problems with it and attended all lectures, becoming one of the best students. After a few years, however, he grew bored and started attending only those lectures he thought interesting. He still spent his free time like he had been doing before - either with sister and friends or reading about things he was curious about. His parents were sad to see their son was not to become what they wanted him to be which was causing a lot of tension between Runaiwëm and especially his father, Luirlan. At some point Runaiwëm declared he wanted to find his own path to be able to study magic alone, not supervised by others. One day he decided to walk around Evereska and he realised it was much smaller than the world he had seen on maps. It was the day when he left LastHome to find real adventure. Free Bird had left his family nest...

II In the Dalelands[/size:3usomljv]

Once he arrived at the Dalelands, he was quite overwhelmed by the newly gained freedom. With the opportunity to study whatever he wanted the way he wanted, his magical skills developed quite rapidly, especially that he loved to utilize them in adventuring opportunities. In his freetime he also began his attempts on creating the artificial dragon scale (with no success as of yet).

Runaiwëm has strong allegiance with the Eilistraeens, much stronger than with elves of Velethuil (he of course does not wish Velethuil ill, but he prefers society that is very different than the one he had been brought up in). This is mainly thanks the Eilistraeen priestess Luexena. They met during one of the many adventures, however the drowess had remained cowled. One day he even heard her singing a prayer from one of the rooms of his mansion where they were preparing to continue one of the hunts, but he did not enquire about that. Nevertheless, despite the cowl, he was fascinated by the priestess, especially that she was one of the first people to answer his 2+2*2 question correctly. Luexena’s identity was revealed to Runaiwëm after one hunt which also Alabyran joined. Seeing the other elf trusted her, he had no other option but to trust her also. The trust was also fueled by pure curiosity, as he wanted to see in safety a living drow with his own eyes. Runaiwëm even wanted to take sample of Luexena’s skin, to find out if it is coal that gives drow the colour of their skin, but fortunately he found the request improper and decided simple seeing her was sufficient. Later on Runaiwëm was invited to join the High Hunt and so his friendship with the Grove started growing. The wizard gained trust of the enclave and he was accepted into the House Deana. Runaiwëm would rather use this name instead of Tiwele, but he realises someone might recognize it as drow name, so only those of the enclave and closest friends know he is a Deana.

It indeed could be, though indeed female might be seen by some eyes. No face hair, there again elves do not have facial hair. If human would say looks like male that is a dandy. Sort of a Donald Trump *wink*
