Chromatic Mother

When you want to ask out of character questions, discuss plots, talk about roleplaying or simply present your character’s bio, this is the place to do so. Small OOC bits may be accepted in the roleplaying forums, but this is the place for the larger posts. Do keep the topics related to the roleplaying however, otherwise go to the General Discussion forum.

Ahh, ok that'd make a lot more sense; I know that I'm not in the RP thread, but ever consider a type of extra-planar enemy.

Well, Perth hasn't been defined as an enemy exactly, just something big living in the lake. Oh, Zekafae, if you're still reading, most sources actually list Tiamat as Lawful rather than Chaotic. Not sure why. You might be thinking of Takhisis from Krynn. She is Chaotic, and is more or less Krynn's version of Tiamat, only worse.

Hey Perth eats all the dead orcs and kobolds that invade the Island (and are kill), alas Perth if not feed enough will likely eat anything in the lake when hunger. As long as Derek sends enough food living tend not to have to worry about small extrusions into the lake. The only thing we know for sure about Perth is that

1) It lives in the lake.
2) It tends to feed at dawn/morning
3) Noises at other times, like jumping into the lake, could be a hazard (become a snack at once or maybe stored for the morning meal, not yet decided *G*)
4) Perth defends its territory to a degree that is not deadly to all that just enter the lake itself.

Yes I know with the grand battle coming Perth will need to be better known. Though might dive deep.

Works for me. I just brought in a critter I've wanted to use for a very long time, but never had the opportunity. I'll provide more info when I hunt down the issue it was in, but for now, it's just a large drake that lives in swamplands and is fairly intelligent. They look like a small, stubby-legged dragon with a spike-clubbed tail and a lot of small horns on the head. Not especially dangerous, but they are good at hiding in muddy water and such.
