The OOC Thread for the Walking in Shadows Trilogy

When you want to ask out of character questions, discuss plots, talk about roleplaying or simply present your character’s bio, this is the place to do so. Small OOC bits may be accepted in the roleplaying forums, but this is the place for the larger posts. Do keep the topics related to the roleplaying however, otherwise go to the General Discussion forum.

Welcome to the forums.

There are a few free 3rd party content with info on the underdark drow that I know of. The link below leads to one that I can recall at the moment.

http://74.180.185.235/menzoberranzan/viewtopic.php?t=84

Download the players guide v2.rar archive file, and it should give you a nice lite run through on underdark drow culture, society, and life in general, although particularly for Menzoberranzan. ;)

If you don't have .rar archive support, I recommend the following software: http://www.softpedia.com/get/Compressio ... ZArc.shtml

There are two books that also come to mind, the 3.5e FR Underdark sourcebook and the 3.5e Drow of the Underdark. There should still be some used or new copies of those two available on Amazon.com

Hi there welcome.

I can more your story out of story as so far what you have there is more OOC. Not something I have to do.

As for Lore and myth that is always a bit of a problem. 2nd Edition Lore is the best, third and what few comments pried out of Ed Greenwood, novels (often suspect) are about the list of FR lore. There of course is other Drow Lore as well.

Thanks to those who gave help. The Prologue for the very first book in the Trilogy: Life in Darkness will be posted in the story thread soon. After I receive feedback on it I will refine and re-post it I consider it finished.
