In Need of A Opinion Special: Alternate armor and attack roll mechanic test

So yesterday this idea hit me and I had to write it down, I don't know if the idea is any good or if there is any issues with it, But I would really like some feedback on this new armor mechanic that has a armor rating system similar to the alien RPG and a new attack roll system.
