In general you have on computer a program to handle "audio files in MP3 format" not all do and some of us even choose not to listen.

It clearly is a sound data file and you do need an interpertation progam for i to hear it.

well you dont need a pod to listen to it, i use itunes, windows comes with windows media player, anything that plays audio can listen to it.
