The both of ya are not twins, yet the oldest one is also the most loony of the two; can't say I'm surprised

As to a good RP to join, well, for the most part, I'd choose one that sounds interesting to you, and join in; for the most part, the folks around here don't mind newcomer's to the RP forums; truth be told, we love it. However, if choosing one, I'd look when the last post was. My rule of thumb is if it's less than a week old, chances are the RP will still be active.

Although my char is a Twin, it is to blame for his overconfidence and lack of a real concept of limits. He is an Elven Twin, and so everyone spoilt him and his sister rotten.
