Starting a PW

So the Minecraft project flopped. Perhaps it's because the idea of playing with blocks terrified the people that claimed interest.
So over this past weekend I've begun work on a persistant world for Neverwinter Nights 1.
I am putting out a small addition to the PW each day and cleaning up mistakes as I learn this. So I am looking to get a starting population and gain some interest in it, preferably from people that will actually give opinions instead of just sigh and pout when it doesn't have what they want.
