Yes, every day should be women's day, or -even better- humanity's day. The 8th March is mostly a money grab with all the people who go around gutting mimosa trees to sell overpriced flowers (at least here in Italy, women are usually gifted mimosa flowers on this day), but still IMO it is good to have a day dedicated to women, among the other celebrations.
