*casts Bigby's [i:2zpyu5mz]Intrusive[/i:2zpyu5mz] Finger*

[b:2zpyu5mz]Level:[/b:2zpyu5mz] Sor/Wiz 4, Bard 4, Assassin 4.
[b:2zpyu5mz]Components:[/b:2zpyu5mz] V, S.
[b:2zpyu5mz]Casting time:[/b:2zpyu5mz] 1 Standard Action
[b:2zpyu5mz]Range: [/b:2zpyu5mz] Medium (100 ft. + 10 ft./lvl)
[b:2zpyu5mz]Target, Effect, or Area:[/b:2zpyu5mz] One living target within range (must possess at least one orifice)
[b:2zpyu5mz]Duration:[/b:2zpyu5mz] Instantaneous
[b:2zpyu5mz]Saving Throw:[/b:2zpyu5mz] Reflex partial, see text
[b:2zpyu5mz]Spell Resistance: [/b:2zpyu5mz] No

When you cast Bigby's Intrusive Finger, a force effect of a hand with one finger extended (Medium, 10 hp, hardness 10) winks into existence in the target's square. If the target fails his save, he takes 1d6 points of damage per caster level (max 20d6) and is immobilized (helpless for 1d6 rounds as the finger penetrates into one of his orifices. If he makes his save, however, he takes half damage and is not subject to the immobilization effect. [/size:2zpyu5mz]

Looks at Lothir with smirk on his face; "Ummm, Lothir, are you sure that that's a wise decision?" seeing what the bard has done.

"Remember just [b:3c80nmlw]who[/b:3c80nmlw] has a fey'ri as a wife and children with that wife. Also, You're half-dragon woman wouldn't like that, now would she?" Aasimar pointedly asks bard.

Casts [i:3c80nmlw]Zone of Truth[/i:3c80nmlw] around all, encompassing Cipher as well as Lothir. "You cannot tell any fib [b:3c80nmlw]now[/b:3c80nmlw] bard."

<Shakes head to gain his senses back> "Lothir, you're a dead man," growls at the bard.
"My turn." Casts [i:3tt9b3no]Mark of Justice[/i:3tt9b3no] on the bard.
"Lothir, should ye cast [b:3tt9b3no]one[/b:3tt9b3no] more spell on anyone, Thine ass shall be cursed."
((Gotcha now Aly  ))

Mark of Justice has like a Ten minute casting time doesn't it?
Mark of Justice
Necromancy
[b:eme0tjph]Level: [/b:eme0tjph] Clr 5, Pal 4
[b:eme0tjph]Components[/b:eme0tjph]: V, S, DF
[b:eme0tjph]Casting Time:[/b:eme0tjph] 10 minutes
[b:eme0tjph]Range: [/b:eme0tjph] Touch
[b:eme0tjph]Target:[/b:eme0tjph] Creature touched
[b:eme0tjph]Duration[/b:eme0tjph]: Permanent; see text
[b:eme0tjph]Saving Throw:[/b:eme0tjph] None
[b:eme0tjph]Spell Resistance[/b:eme0tjph]: Yes

You draw an indelible mark on the subject and state some behavior on the part of the subject that will activate the mark. When activated, the mark curses the subject. Typically, you designate some sort of criminal behavior that activates the mark, but you can pick any act you please. The effect of the mark is identical with the effect of bestow curse.

Since this spell takes 10 minutes to cast and involves writing on the target, you can cast it only on a creature that is willing or restrained.

Like the effect of bestow curse, a mark of justice cannot be dispelled, but it can be removed with a break enchantment, limited wish, miracle, remove curse, or wish spell. Remove curse works only if its caster level is equal to or higher than your mark of justice caster level. These restrictions apply regardless of whether the mark has activated. [/size:eme0tjph]

But then, you could have had it made Rapid, then Quickened with Extended Range, linked with Arcane Mark.

I'm going to cast Baleful Polymorph on the... bard. Turn 'im into a fish.
