Re: <Insert Generic Greeting Here>
<t>Drizzt clones can exist with or without Eilistraee (actually, true Drizzt clones will pick Mielikki...), so she definitely isn't needed or even useful to such characters. Their attitude is also different: Drizzt avoids his race, maybe even despises it (AFAIK); Eilistraeens fight so that drow can ...

Re: Neverwinter Delayed
<t>Well I try to not be negative or cynical, but whenever my hopes get up, I'll end up reading some bad news. Recently Brian James said (on the CK forums) that WotC has ZERO interest in drow stuff which isn't Lolth-centric: couple this with what we saw before and you get where I come from. Maybe the...

Re: Neverwinter Delayed
<t>[quote:2so2mhss]The good news however, is that they are doing a playtest of the "D&D Next" prototype/beta version (or whatever you like to call it) and it has a lot of the feel of older editions. Also, there were several Announcements made at Gen-Con to try to fix what 4th ed "broke" in regar...

Re: Menzoberranzan: City of Intrigue
Maybe my idea of comics is kinda off from the actual situation. I'll take a look at the FR comics you pointed out.

Re: Menzoberranzan: City of Intrigue
Yes, they [i:13twffwc]have[/i:13twffwc] to. This is just ''God snapped fingers, situation solved'' and needs something really cool in order to work (no matter if it has been done to comic books, the FR are not -- and I'm not much fond of comics, for what it counts...)

Re: Menzoberranzan: City of Intrigue
<t>^ This makes sense, and it is the most plausible solution, which also works with having Eilistraee-ML giving away her divinity for the 'sacrifice', because maybe that was the only way to swap places with Corellon (who -btw- isn't doing crap for the struggle for drow freedom: his clerics still kil...
