How about the 'astral distress beacon?'

If you're lost in the astral planes and activate it, you basically get eaten by a Grue next time you have to roll for random encounters. It is, literally, a beacon for distress.

I like prismatic spells. They're very scary. ^^;

I'm especially fond of [i:2raf8way]colour spray,[/i:2raf8way] though my favourite is. . . actually, that's a tough one. There's always the obscene seven veils dispell effect, though that's an ability rather than a spell.
