Re: Music, music, music...

Oh, I have already watched (and loved) Violet Evergarden. I really liked that it was ultimately a story (or series of stories) about learning empathy, and the soundtrack was just on point for the scenes (not to mention beautiful on its own). As for Terror in Resonance, without spoilers, as far as I ...

Re: Music, music, music...

This song comes from an anime named Terror in Resonance. It's quite repetitive (the song, I mean) but, for me at least, it manages to never get boring. On the contrary, maybe it's because it played during a scene that I absolutely loved, but I can't get tired of this song. On a side note, if you wat...

Not a genre of music that I usually listen, but they were allcool, cheerful songs, a nice change from the routine. Thanks for sharing!

Bee Melvnin, IRL Eilistraee

Watching a video about unusual-looking people, I found this woman, called Bee Melvnin, whose looks immediately reminded me of Eilistraee (even though her hair is clearly dyed, and she likely wears colored contact lenses). Just a random cool thing that I wanted to share with you. https://scontent-frx...

Re: Eilistraee art

Ooo. The word imposing comes to mind. It just has a bit of that wild blue yonder, epic, grand vibe about it. It almost feels a bit like that part in Greenwood's "Silverfall" where Qilue is pointing out what she takes to be a sign of Eilistraee in the vast sky to her fellow clerics. I like the detai...

Re: Eilistraee art

Another painting of Eilistraee from the web. Glad to see more and more people drawing her. https://images-wixmp-ed30a86b8c4ca887773594c2.wixmp.com/f/ce6ae89d-9ed4-4a36-ad78-ecd17246582c/ddajq7d-d6784498-99c0-41f7-8ba7-9beec3ef97b3.jpg?token=eyJ0eXAiOiJKV1QiLCJhbGciOiJIUzI1NiJ9.eyJzdWIiOiJ1cm46YXBwOj...

Re: First Time I Ever Saw a Drow (comments)

Ahh, I misunderstood you, then. Yeah, I believe many priestesses of Eilistraee would appreciate Orin's presence--granted, some are converts and probably still stuck up with the baggage of coming from a Lolthite, but many would enjoy his crazyness and the kind of good chaos (not the strife that pries...

Re: First Time I Ever Saw a Drow (comments)

The High forest sounds like it will be the closest to where he'd be. I originally thought that one day he'd wind up near The Promenade, helping free slaves from Skullport, but I think that I eventually want Orin to find his way to Raven's Bluff, as I believe that the timing would allow for him to b...

Re: First Time I Ever Saw a Drow (comments)

From the top of my mind, in the North (1310 DR), Eilistraee has shrines in Ardeep, near Waterdeep (he could meet Qilué herself there), in the High Forest (Wildwinds coven, a large community), and near Silverymoon.

And yeah, I'm grateful that you joined us!
